Just kidding, it’s an old Dance Party USA clip. To call it “absolutely, fucking unbelievable” would be the understatement of the year and it’s November 19th! Any video that ends with the host proudly proclaiming in an excited voice “HERE’S THE FAT BOYS!!” deserves a permanent place on this here blog.
On the downside, the conversation at the beginning of the clip about how this new-fangled rap music is becoming popular makes me feel like I’m 700 years old.

wow. this video is pure madness. and i mean that in a fantastically awful amazing way. allow me to please state what i believe to be a few highlights. At 1:22 minutes in, that guy in the blue button down tucked in and bloused out is busting a move with a lady friend and totally knowing the camera is on him and its his time to shine. The mullets in this video are vast, but one that stands out, is at 1:27, the low angle shot of a man that at first resembles Wayne Arnold, the older brother on Wonder Years, but this man’s mullet is a perfect bouffant atop, but, wait! at 2:03 I question the gender of this person. Is it a woman? And finally, I don’t mind admitting that i owned the very shirt the girl is wearing at 2:27, sans the shoulder pads. In closing, if the founder of this site in indeed the blonde boy with glasses, I think we are owed some proof. perhaps side to side pics of Then and Now will do the trick. I’ll check back.
